Interpersonal Gifts

I relate well with others for long periods of time. But I cannot relate and get things done with too many people. Howard Gardner defines this ability as an intelligence. I am dense in this regard. My participation in the Night of the Stars activities was not successful as far as getting my team what they needed. I am not good at interpersonal intelligence.
