 A war  in Europe started six months ago. This is a hybrid war. Information now plays a role perhaps more important than the nuclear force. 

After this force was discovered the first uses were mainly violent. Repeating history, after Information Engines appeared, their first use was violent also.

I see a silver lining though: Information Weapons cause suffering, but not a Nuclear Winter.
