Public - Private

I have worked in Mexican universities for over thirty years now. We went through a stage of revolutionary zeal, everybody was in the Union, janitors, professors, librarians, you name it. After a while the Intellectuals gave rights to the working class, and they then did not work. Bathrooms were awful, classrooms were messy, and there was no way to make them work: They took our measure!

Now, we do still have those politicized janitors, they go to Union meetings and what not; but they don't clean!

We have a solution though. There are so many unemployed people here, that we can convince some to clean the bathrooms for an entrance fee. We pay a dime to use the toilet. Private Enterprise Works!

I feel a little  guilt for inviting students to send code online for a fee.

What the heck, pay for code. It is alright!
