The show will continue into mid-February but as many a stargazer will attest to, distinguishing Mercury, Venus, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter amid the medley of twinkling dots can be tricky. There are a number of apps and computer programs that can help people track the quintet, but for those in need of a low-fi way to spot the planets, a recent NASA video offers the following advice: Look for the moon."
