Is this a scientific prediction?
If he says what exactly can happen at that moment. Yes, it is scientific. How do we know if it is true? Wait to that moment and check.
I guess it is more important if we understand the basis of his prediction. I have not read the details; therefore at this point I do not know what level of credibility I should give to this prediction.
