It would take major software vendors to develop for Linux for Linux to start encroaching on Windows OS territory. If Photoshop was available on Linux, I'd have no problem switching to Linux.Android App Development
I'm afraid there is more than Photoshop to think about. The way I see it, Linux will always be there occupying some space in the software ecosystem.
