Ruling is in favor of Wilcox over Maricopa County settlement:
"After nearly two months of disagreement over a settlement offer for county Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox's claim against Sheriff Joe Arpaio and former County Attorney Andrew Thomas, a U.S. District Court judge has ordered the county to pay her settlement, plus $28,312 in attorneys' fees."
