Nicholas D. Kristof

NYT

I regularly read Tom Friedman, Maureen Dowd, Paul Krugman, and Roger Cohen; all of them at the NYT.

Kristof makes me feel guilty, I try to avoid him. I guess because in my teens I considered political activism, and in Mexico, that course of action, at that time, rapidly led to violence, and I chickened out. I chose: I could choose, you know; to be a scientist instead. Doing my secular kind of God's work.

Today though, Kristof, points out to a way out of Haiti's, and by implication the whole world's problems. He reports on the use of cell phones to solve the people's problems.

You made my day, Nicholas!
