Agencia Espacial Mexican (AEXA)

The Mexican Senate approved the creation of a Space Agency. See note below from Wikipedia.

When I was at the "Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla" (BUAP), a group of friends, Mexican and Russian, were in talks with Members of Congress to make this possible. There had been an agency in the past, but the idea was to start anew; one that would stick.

I am sure there are other agents, like American astronauts of Mexican descent, and our only Mexican astronaut from Zumpango del Río, Guerrero State: Rodolfo Neri Vela; but my friends put their grain of salt for this accomplishment. I am proud of their work.
