Is AOL Dying?

Dear AOL Pictures User:
As we have described in previous emails, the AOL Pictures service closed on January 8, 2009. But it is not too late to save your pictures of your family, your friends, and your vacations!
We have made arrangements with our trusted partner, American Greetings® PhotoWorks® to enable continued access to all of the images you had stored on AOL Pictures, simply by registering for a PhotoWorks account.*
Just go to AOL Pictures and choose to register for PhotoWorks today. Registration is quick and easy. And once you register, you will be able to view, share and print your images, just as you’ve done on AOL Pictures in the past.
Please register for American Greetings PhotoWorks today. Otherwise, your memories stored on AOL Pictures will be lost forever.
Sincerely,
The AOL Pictures Team* Registration for a PhotoWorks account must be completed before June 30, 2009 in order to access any images from the AOL Pictures service.
