I find it really hard to believe That the mexican government can isolate patient zero when they haven't been able to find a serial killer that has murdered hundreds of women over a ten year period. There is so much corruption in the government that at this point they had to say something to save face internationaly.
Let me put it this way...If you have diabetes their public health care clinics will able to test your blood sugar once a week...once a week!!!!! Why are people dying, They have no money for food...how are they going to pay for the office visit??
I am really ticked off that they are throwing all these numbers out without having forensic testing to back it up. 9/10 people who die in mexico die at home. How are the public health officials able to say how many have died and from what. Thier system is not like ours, where if someone dies of unknown causes they are sent to the medical examiners office and they figure it out. In Mexico if you die at home you are buried within a couple of days ( depending on the weather ), no medical examiner comes out and takes samples and examines the body. They are full of crap.
First the number of deaths was 159 and now it 19 confirmed cases. How is that possible?? I think that this swine flu pandemic has shown alot of people, especially the international community how unorganized and how manipulative the Mexican government is. They really don't know how wide spread it is or where it started. They don't have a clue.
My husband is embarassed at the shadyness and unethical way that the country of his birth has handeled this, He can now see why things are the way they are. It's all political propoganda, it's been that way for the last for the last 40 years. Our hopes are high that they too will be embarassed and the Mexican people will demand more from their leaders.

I also have an American wife. Now she lives in the US, and I am trying to work back in Mexico.

I understand you well.

Today we are getting ready to receive the students tomorrow morning.

Thanks for writing here.

Eduardo
