Technology has made it possible to kill somebody at the other end of the world. In 1941, Japan decided that the death of American soldiers was in her interest. In 2011, the US decided that to kill American citizens in Yemen was in her interest.
If it is possible, we do it.
What are the consequences?
Nobody knows. This is uncharted territory for humans.
