You can read below on the meltdown of Spanish banks. My sister's children studied in Barcelona, I'm glad they finished their studies there, and are now, one in Mexico, and the other in France. What a hassle to worry about having your money in euros, or in British pounds. The son of very dear friends was in Canada recently, I'm relieved because students there are in harms way , now he is back in Mexico.
