"The Associated Press reported Egyptian security officials as saying that Mr. Mubarak resisted leaving the helicopter that flew him to a prison hospital after sentencing. The officials say Mr. Mubarak was tearful as he pleaded with officials to take him back to the military hospital where he had been staying. The A.P. reported that it took 30 minutes to persuade him to leave the aircraft and enter the prison hospital."
