Lost Decades

First Latin America (80s), second Japan (90s), third North America (00s), and fourth Europe (10s).

I wonder if after a lost decade there is recovery?

 If I understand Soros, and Krugman correctly, there is life after death.

I wonder whether, and in what order, we'll see these recoveries?

Or is this The End?
