2009 Resolutions

I am back at work. I teach future Math Teachers.

China has a high literacy rate and a lot of people. There is already a car manufacturing plant in the state next door from Guerrero, Michoacán.

During break I read the history of my family. My uncle Arturo Figueroa Uriza wrote one classic account of the Mexican Revolution. Professor Ian Jacobs from the University of Texas at Austin wrote: Ranchero Revolt , making extensive use of my relative´s work.

I am inspired by the high opinion of Professors Jacobs and John Womack of my uncle's work.

I have my work cut out for me. I have to prepare Guerrero students to bring our land to a better way of life.
