Prediction

Science has to be predictive. If it can't, it is not science. Politics therefore is not science, nevertheless that does not mean that assuming politicians do something, we cannot know what will happen. This is scenario running, and huge computers are good for that.

If American politicians do not help president Obama start an alternative energy program. I predict we will see a stage of the Decline of the American Empire. My prediction for successor is Brazil, India, China, and Russia; in that order.
