Believe it or not, I've been in that town.
I cannot imagine the scene. 13,000 witnesses in that small town. It must be crowded. And what if the animal escapes from the handlers and bites me like the one that bit Major Bloomberg today ?
Americans are a funny bunch. Of course Mexicans have their oddities too. I'll tell you about the Chilpancingo weird scenes another time.
