After the Independence Day Parade on September 16, the Mexican Democratic National Convention elected Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) as President of Mexico. Therefore there are two presidents in Mexico, AMLO and Felipe Calderon of the National Action Party (PAN).
