Back at work I saw my students again. I am pleased.
Some did not work, I expected that, but some worked hard, I expected that. I am happy that I inspired a few to get deeper into mathematical thinking.
Without physical presence it is difficult to inspire students. If I want to pursue online education, that is a problem to solve. I guess, initially this type of education must contain a component of face to face instruction. Nevertheless, one should value those valuable moments when students and professors meet.
