Explaining Mexico

Mexican President Felipe Calderon announced today his opposition to Mexican corruption.

The old Partido Revolucionario Institucional or PRI, rigged the July 1^st election.

The issue is with the Instituto Federal Electoral or IFE, another branch of Government, different than the three similar to the ones in the US, the Executive, the Legislative, and the Judiciary. There is another branch of Government in Mexico because the country is so corrupt, that politicians saw the need to name a Watcher's watcher,  just like in Dr. Suess' tale, Bee Watcher:

The problem will only get solved when the young people of Mexico say: Enough!

Guess what?, there is a student movement #YoSoy132, saying just that!
