Thousands of Mexicans marched in several cities all across Mexico. Why?
Since the NYT does not explain today, I try to do so in this note.
I am reading "The Spanish Holocaust", by Paul Preston. You can read there, about the Spanish tradition of buying votes, since the 1930s. The only difference, is that now, people were given pre-paid plastic cards to exchange them at Soriana, after the election.
Three million cards given. That can, and did, change an election.
Like last century in Spain, and now in Mexico, there are millions of people that will change their vote for fifty bucks.
Mexico is a Failed Nation!
Only the anger of young people will fix it.
