"Mr. Michael C. Gitlin, also known as Mike, has been Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. since 2007 and has been its Head of Fixed Income since 2010. Mr. Gitlin serves as the President of T. Rowe funds in its fund complex. He has more than 16 years of global capital markets experience, including multi-year assignments in Hong Kong and Singapore. Mr. Gitlin served several roles in the securities industry, including Head of U.S. Equity Sales at Citigroup Global Markets. He joined T. Rowe Price in 2007 and served as its Global Head of Trading until 2009. Mr. Gitlin serves as a Director/Trustee of various T. Rowe funds in the fund complex. He serves as Director of Fixed Income Division at T. Rowe Price Equity Income Fund and T. Rowe Price Dividend Growth Fund Inc."
