This 1973 article already presents the idea of a water phase, different than solid, liquid, and gas.
Maybe because Dr. Reisin is Argentinean, he was willing to go there. This is a revolutionary statement. A new state of water inside the living cell!
Now Dr. Pollock at the University of Washington is proposing a liquid crystal state of water.
I just found out about Pollock's work through a friend of mine: Milo Gardner.
