If I understand Frank Rich correctly, There is a very small sector of US citizens ripping off the rest of us. Why do we let them?

There must be some racket. In Mexico also a handful of drug lords have the country at the brink of a collective nervous breakdown.

I guess these types will keep doing whatever it is they are doing, until we muster the courage to face them down.
