Korea's Nuclear Aspirations

The Government of North Korea is telling the world that knowledge is public. This is a fact since Galileo Galilei in 1609 told anybody that wanted to hear what the real situation in the heavens was. No need to join a secret sect. Knowledge became public.

As I see it the only alternative is that all governments diplomatically control each other. There is no higher power to settle our differences.

This is very scary.
