Many Black Holes in the Milky Way Galaxy?

Thus, the cluster will appear as a point source and might be confused as a single foreground star with unusual colors. The closest clusters are ∼ 1 kpc away and may be a few arcmin in size.

Ryan O'Leary and Abraham Loeb, have calculated the number of little lights in the sky that are actually clusters of stars around a few hunderd black holes inside the Milky Way.
