Los Angeles Philarmonic Orchestra has hired a talented 28 year old Venezuelan. LA has more Mexicans than any Mexican city besides the capital, D.F..
He has a bright future in the town with a Mexican American mayor, Antonio Villaraigosa.
The only problem is that California is broke, see below.
