According to Sean M. Carroll, taking from ideas by Roger Penrose; it is the boundary condition that matters. The Laws of Physics all need boundary conditions. I do not know why in the thick book of his, From Eternity to Here, he did not write the now called, Easson-Frampton-Smoot, boundary condition.
He can say the same about me, I only have a lowly blog, he is a Senior Research Associate, Physics Department, 2006-present; at Caltech, the quintessential mecca of Theoretical Physics.
So it goes.
