Elian González

"It's the land where I'm from," Gonzalez said of Cuba. "Here I feel good, and, thanks to my education and the strength my people have given me, today I'm almost a man."

Taken from AOL.

I remember ten years ago when this drama was played live on TV. Now the boy is 15.

This statement is deep.
An adolescent becomes a man through society's bonding. There is no consciousness without a society.

I belong, therefore I am.
