My Network?

You know, I am not the networking type, my friend Jaime Viteri is. We were laid off almost at the same time from Lucent Technologies, but now he is a power to be reckoned with in Chicago. I guess Mayor Daley likes to have him around. I am not that.

Nevertheless, slowly but surely people are finding me in the web. So, I got an idea.

First I have to attend my network better. I have a nightmare, I started a character  in Animal Crossing. I neglected the place so much, that when I finally showed up, I was disgusted by how many cockroaches had moved in my house. My son told me not to worry, just step on them and they will disappear, he said. The nightmare is: I go back to all those neglected networks, and I don't like what I find; like in the movie: Everybody's fine , when the father looks for his kids; they are not fine. One is already dead!

The idea is to leverage my network, not as much as Viteri, I am not that; but definitely I have to pay more attention to it.

Today I found out about Semantic Search, through my beloved students and friends.
