Immediate Global Attack

Fidel Castro writes today in La Jornada, a Mexico City newspaper:

"“…’El concepto de Ataque Global Inmediato prevé un ataque concentrado utilizando varios miles de armas convencionales de precisión en 2 a 4 horas que destruiría las infraestructuras críticas del país objetivo y así lo obligaría a capitular’.”"

Translation:

"...'The Immediate Global Attack concept proposes a concentrated attack using several thousand precision conventional weapons during 2 to 4 hours which will destroy the critical infrastructure of the enemy which will be forced to surrender'."

We do not have to believe Fidel, but I know that such an attack is possible, before Shock and Awe, I would've dismissed Fidel as a raving and ranting old man.

Not anymore.
