Here in Chilpancingo I have a good friend promoting Online Education. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science, and is a thinker. His ideas are not all that well received in this last outpust of technology in the world. I have been without an Internet connection in my office for more than one week already. There is a new Engineering building. Workers there seem to have a problem in keeping wires intact.
I found a CyberCafe downtown with a fast connection, faster than in my office, that I have been using the past feww days. This reality, brings me to a proposal.
Why don't we manage a first rate Internet site, hire a few employees to keep it going, and teach whatever can be taught online in the whole state of Guerrero?
There are enemies to this proposal, I am sure. Everybody that would lose their job. Don't despair; we accept applications.
