When War?

Structurally some countries, like the US, keep a permanent state of war. Right now several tens of thousands of American men and women are stationed all over the World. Other countries like Mexico live in an incessant state of low intensity war. Here in Guerrero State, in some towns, the McCoys and the Hatfields keep going at each other's throats, like they've done since centuries ago.

My question here has to do with, when do I leave Mexico? kind of thing.

I guess right now it is bearable, I feel glad that my kids do not live in Mexico, though.
