Prof. Frampton published an original idea in the arXive at Cornell University.
In his proposal two dimensions of Gravity are classical and one is emergent. He joins Verlinde's bandwagon, puts in his darck matter as black holes proposal, and declares that there is no dark energy. The acceleration of the Universe discovered by Adam Reiss et al., is produced by Verlinde's entropic force.
